Food ... glorious hawker food :)

For the past couple of days, I've been looking for bak kut teh, char kuew teow etc ... just about anything that's non-halal ... near my place (ok, 20-30 minutes away) with a newfound friend. I'm happy to report that my waistline is definitely getting larger due to the excessive amount of pork (yes, second rounds were a must) I've been consuming :) Also went to eat some kueh chap after church yesterday. Regrettably not anywhere near the delicious kueh chap I've had in Kuching but beggars can't be choosers. They've replaced the squarish mee with kuew teow instead. Dang. Oh, well, at least it did kinda lessen my yearning for Kuching food. Found out they had Sarawak kolo mee and Sarawak laksa too. Will try that within these couple of days with my new friends. Good conversation, good food. Aaahh.
